What is the Introduction?
Enjoy your first lesson for free! This 20-minute introduction session is crafted to assess your English proficiency. Following the first lesson, we’ll create a personalized plan to teach English based on your specific needs.
Are There Any Requirements?
We aim to make learning English accessible to everyone, but we require certain essentials to ensure a smooth learning experience, such as:
- A computer device that can run Zoom
- A stable internet connection
- A webcam and Microphone
What if I'm Late?
Please be prepared to start your lesson promptly at the agreed-upon time. If you are late or unprepared at the scheduled time, it is at the discretion of the teacher whether their schedule can accommodate any extension beyond the agreed end time. We recommend getting ready 5 minutes early.
Can I Cancel, Reschedule or Request A Refund?
You can cancel, reschedule or request a refund if you tell us at least 24 hours before your lesson.
How Long Are Lessons?
Lessons can be either 30 minutes or 1 hour.
How Do I Join A Lesson?
After buying a lesson, you’ll receive an email containing a Zoom call link. This is where your lesson will take place. You’ll also get an email reminder with the link 24 hours before the lesson.
